Description
A Member of the Karnataka Cooperative can request the Enhanced Help Desk at their dependent ECHS to collect the medicines.
Each Member desirous of availing this service will required to sign an Authorization Letter in favor of the Head of Delivery Service requesting the OIC ECHS to enable collection, packing, delivery and post delivery confirmation of medicines.
The Member should be available on WhatsApp Video call for any clarification or discussion with the Doctor if required.
The Cooperative will facilitate adoption of E-SeHAT tele-medicine system to enable ECHS doctors to make the prescription and send the Prescription to the Pharmacy for Collection on behalf of the ECHS Member.
The cost of delivery at actual / discounted / contracted Cost with the delivery partners may be paid online / Cash on Delivery (COD). The costs of maintaining the team at each ECHS Polyclinic has already been collected as Annual Subscription by Members.
